Elmbrook’s LAUNCH program is deepening its real-world learning opportunities through new partnerships with Ascension Elmbrook Hospital and Brookfield Regency Senior Community. From hands-on experiences in a functioning hospital setting to meaningful connections with local seniors, students in the Medicine & Healthcare strand are gaining authentic insight into careers that make a lasting impact.

Elmbrook Schools’ innovative LAUNCH program has been honored as a 2025 Program of Excellence at the Wisconsin Career Readiness Summit put on by Wisconsin’s CESAs (Cooperative Educational Service Agencies). Selected from among the state’s most impactful initiatives, LAUNCH was recognized for its exceptional commitment to preparing students for success in both college and the workforce, as well as for the lasting positive impact it has made on the community.
